Now, with the arrival of Michal and Pavla Nýdrle and Radek Janeček as new investors, that mission is evolving.
Bridging two worlds: self-custody and regulation
When Marek Palatinus, Pavol Rusnák, and Štěpán Uherík founded Invity in 2019, their goal was clear — to offer users a simple, transparent, and advantageous way to buy, exchange, or start saving in cryptocurrencies.
A lot has changed since then. Over the past six years, more than two billion dollars have flowed through Invity, and our app has served over 30,000 users.

Meet the new investors
Behind Invity’s next phase are three investors who share the same vision of Bitcoin as a modern store of value.
- Michal and Pavla Nýdrle are well-known names in the Czech business world. After building and selling one of the region’s largest digital advertising groups, they turned their focus toward long-term investing and financial independence.
- Radek Janeček, a respected international lawyer and investor, brings deep expertise from corporate law and real estate.

Turbo Buy: first product, first milestone
The first new project is here: Turbo Buy. This feature offers users the opportunity to boost their bitcoin purchases by automatically adding 60% extra capital to every buy.
What’s next?
We’re continuing to strengthen our security and regulatory framework, applying for a MiCA license with the Czech National Bank.
